2. 2nd when ever any site we open undesired web site opens itself without doing anything even quick heal internet security is on .

Q1. Quick Heal has Email protection feature to block “Malicious” email and SPAM protection to block “SPAM EMAILS”. However, if you want to block specific emails, you can blacklist the same via your Quick Heal product. It is not necessary that an unwanted email is a spam or a malicious email.
Q2. If you are referring to unwanted pop-up ads that occur whenever you open a site, it might mean that your browser has installed an unwanted toolbar or an add-on. Also, it might mean that your browser’s pop-up blocker is not on.
Q3. To detect duplicate files, you must run Quick Heal PCTuner. Once the files are detected, it is up to the user to keep or delete the file.

I look forward to the PC2Mobile scan facility for my phone which was not listed in the earlier version.
Quick Heal has been providing wonderful service always. But hope it delivers what it promises this time, since lot of features that are being advertised these days are not yet available. It would be appreciated if the features are first incorporated and then advertised or at least included in the new version on 6th December. We recommend that you wait for the official launch of Windows 10 before you install Quick Heal on the machine. Technical Previews are usually meant for testing and developing software so that once the official launch takes place, software works smoothly on the OS. The virus database is updated daily as there are thousands of new malware and virus samples that are discovered. This means that if you update the program after a gap of few days, the data from those several days will have to be updated on your product. This will take a bit longer than updating it everyday. However, this can be resolved with a faster net connection. Anyways, even on 2G, the process will not take more than a few minutes. We recommend that you do not get discouraged by this as these virus signature updates are essential for your antivirus protection.

its good to use quick heal . . most of viruses can be removed using quick heal but not all .. for ex. new.exe,photo.exe etc. so improvement is needed, and also quick heal makes computer operating too much slow they should find out solution on this issue
