We all know if you want your ordered goods to be at your doorstep then you opt for DHL. But cyber-criminals are now taking advantage of DHL emails and they are now sending fake emails with the same format to random users.
The email shows up the following screenshot:
This email pretends to be from DHL and misguides users by mentioning a “Mistake in Address”. It further asks users to pickup their parcel from their office after viewing the details given in the attached zip file.
The zip file contains a PE file which upon execution infects the computer and successfully installs a rogueware known as Security Solution 2011 rogueware.
Quick Heal detects the attached file and installed rogueware files too. We recommend that you do not respond to such mails.
