    I use every point mentioned here, still hackers made fraud transaction worth 22 lacs on 27 December 2014 by 18 transactions in 9 different bank accounts. Law enforcing Authorities and all Banks are clue less to track culprits who are roaming free. We understand that crime is a step ahead of law but are unable to understand their modes-operandi so as to protect ourselves at least in in future. Can you specifically address this issue and contribute intelligence to strengthen investigations?

      Firstly, we are sorry to hear about the loss of money you have faced. We can understand this must be a traumatic experience for you. However, with such a large amount of money involved, this is a case that falls solely under legal jurisdiction. We cannot comment on the nature of the attack or the identity of the culprits either. Since the sum involved is quite high, we can imagine that this must be a targeted attack by someone in the know and not just a random phishing attack that happened by chance. Unfortunately, we can only say that the authorities are the only people who can track the perpetrators down and there is not much we can do to help.

      We hope you receive a successful conclusion to this ordeal soon.

      In the Quick Heal product dashboard that you open, you will find the option to update the virus database of your product. Over there, you will also find the option to renew your license and update the validity of your product.

    i have updated the QUICK HEAL TOTAL SECURITY to version 16.0 , but there two folder on desktop is incognito found after upgrading on internet one is ‘safe browsing’ another is ‘safe banking’ but how to operate these folders without disturbing my setup of CHROME,IE AND MOZILLA FIREFOX browser. Will it change these browser if these are operated.But i do not know how to operate safe banking browser/floder. Kindly show by an example as i am not IT expert.I hope you will give a class room demonstration with video regarding it as atachment in mail.Thank you.
