i am sorry to say till date trackmylaptop has not heled my son
clarance dsilva inspite of registering with quick heal to locate
his missing lenova laptop. i had great faith with quick heal but till date over a month
or so no response nor any positive answer received from quick heal.
i had lot of hopes on quick heal the way it is being presented but
i am really disappointed with them, i hope you will assist me in getting
my sons laptop as my son is doing his architecture and all his data and project work has been fed in the lenova laptop
hoping for a good response and please let me know if there are chances
of locating the missing laptop and how long will it take

Yes that is correct. When the person connects to the Internet, only then can the laptop’s geolocation be tracked.

first of all I wud like 2 compliment the quick heal support team for their quick n efficient response. I lost my laptop on 01 July 15 n contacted the team on 02 July 15. the quick heal team has put in all the efforts to assist me. special thanks to Mr Prashant for the assistance provided by him. desperately wish to get my laptop back as it contains the biggest treasure of my life(my daughter’s pics 4m day 1 till dt n all the moments tht v hv shared with her). thanx team quickheal n hoping 2 hear a +ve response 4m u soon
