using quick heal from last 3 years…..very satisfied with its performance and ability to catch viruses but i want to give some recommendation about the firewall and rootkit protection…i think quick heal should improve its firewall protection and anti rootkit program should be available in the 64th bit computers….thats all…i think it’s good but if you focus on these all it could be the best internet security

hi i have given a lot of feadback regarding the betas and also asked for lots of features to be included but i didnt get any reply from rnd team i gave feadback using the report bug link on the betas main page i will sum it up in this blog post.
1. i am running windows 8.1 32 bit on a system that has 2 gb ram 1.66ghz processer and after i upgraded to qhts 2014 beta it takes longer time for the system to start than it used to take when i used to use qhts 2013.
2.after opening the main window and tabbing passed the reports butten there are 5 unlabled buttens also after clicking on any of the buttens there are more unlabled buttens inside can you please lable the buttens?.
3. in quickheal products there should be a option check for new versions this will check for and upgrade to new builds of the product that the user is using this will mainly help to resolve problems with previous builds and will increase pcs security.
4. the sound played when a virus is found by quickheal should be a bit louder or of a longer time or there should be options in which the user can select sounds for events like virus found virus defination file is updated and more.
5. its good that quickheal has included the option to export settings when uninstalling quickheal there should be another option export virus difination files which will help user to save them in a folder before uninstalling quickheal so they dont have to download the same ffiles again and again.
6. i have a pc on which quickheal antivirus pro 2013 is installed so i want to test the beta of antivirus 2014 so please give download link

Yes Austin I am Aditya you said the right thing I also save my updates to avoid the downloading them again and again but it shows me Update error if i picked them from my lat saved location mainly for some viruses I have to format my Computer and install quick heal again but have to download updates again but they did not improved in quick heal internet security 2014

– Kindly take the following actions to confirm the cause.
Cause: Enhancements in the Scan engine could be a cause of such issues.
Steps to confirm the cause: Disable Virus Protection filtering using RSConf.exe from the Quick Heal installation directory and retry the activity. If the activity works smoothly after disabling Virus Protection filtering, then enhancements in the scan engine are a cause of the issue.
If the issue persists, disable Virus Protection and retry the activity.
To disable Virus Protection:
• Open Quick Heal Total Security 2014 Beta.
• On Dashboard, click Files & Folders, and then turn off Virus Protection by clicking the toggle button.

– There are no such unlabeled buttons in out UI. Seems to be some issue with UI on users system. Kindly send us the snapshots.
3. In quick heal products there should be an option check for new versions this will check for and upgrade to new builds of the product that the user is using this will mainly help to resolve problems with previous builds and will increase pc’s security.
– The suggestion is appreciated! However facility to automatically check for new version has already implemented such thing, which will be available in final release. You will be able to see it in Settings – Automatic Update section of Quick Heal. To be specific, this facility will check for availability of a new version and not of a new build.
4. the sound played when a virus is found by quick heal should be a bit louder or of a longer time or there should be options in which the user can select sounds for events like virus found virus definition file is updated and more.
– Your suggestion is noted. We will analyze how feasible is the implementation of your suggestion.
5. its good that quick heal has included the option to export settings when uninstalling quick heal there should be another option export virus definition files which will help user to save them in a folder before uninstalling quick heal so they don’t have to download the same files again and again.
– Thank you for your kind words. For exporting Virus Definition files, we have provided an option in Settings – Automatic Update. In other words, copy update files to specific location which helps you keep a backup of update files downloaded from the internet.
6. i have a pc on which quick heal antivirus pro 2013 is installed so i want to test the beta of antivirus 2014 so please give download link

I have installed quick heal internet security from last two years but when i formated my computer and i stored my updates through quickheal into an external hard disk but if i select to update quick heal from the specified path it gives a error and i have to download the updates again please do something related to this.

I am a regular user of QHTS since last 8 years. I am really satisfied with its performance. But whenever any up-gradation happens market expects a lot. I have already tasted QHTS 2014 beta vesion. It is making slower my os windows 8 in comparison to 2013. Protection must be more tight, since I have compared this version with Norton and I noticed that it cannot catch many viruses which Norton can detect. Rootkit and antispyware must be more improved with advanced protection. PCtuner should be heavily improved and that is also I am saying after comparing with same type of service offered from Norton.Tracking software must be MAC ID based (not IP based), otherwise once the OS is formatted, it is becoming a useless service. I have this experience from my end only. My laptop was stolen. Only one time it could track its location, but after that it is totally off, may be the thief has formatted the stolen laptop. So Quickheal must give special attention to this aspect.

i have installed this quick heal total 2014 beta in my windows 8.1 pro 64bit & it was not running !!! it shows that quick is SNOOZED !!!
then quick customer support service changes my registry settings and then it was working !!! but my windows doesn’t shows any antivirus installed !!!
so it has problems with windows 8.1(pro 64bit) !!!

i am installd quick heal total security 2014 beta and when using its forgat password option i an find a bug in it. when user click the forgat password hyperlink in qts2014 your software automaticliy add the product key and installation number form installd software in system to internet explorer url trying to connect quick heal. the password protection option you provide to safety for unautrise access of other user to see installed prodect key of qts software.but in qts2014 any advanced user esaly obtain the product key of password protected qts2014. i suggest you change a little bit in this process that when any user click on forget password hyperlink a prodect key fill window is appered and input the prodect key form user and validate there just like at time of actvation system of qts2014 it has a benifit if the user is purchase the product key he enter the product key right, is the user is unautrize then he does not provide the right product key . please think about this

I am having three licences on three different PC / Laptop of QH Pro 2013. Two of them are automatically updated with version 15.0-2014. The updated systems are very slow in startup and taking longer time despite of those are having more powerful hardware. What’s wrong with 2014 ? Can we roll back ?? Is the QH’s promise for “no compromise in performance” ended ???

When i am opening quick heal,Heading shows “Virus database 07 May 2014” below title..year is showing 2014 while at bottom showing “Copyright @2013 Quick heal technologies (p) Ltd.I seems an issue.Different years are displaying at both place.

i just hope that quickheal total security 2015 beta is realeased asap and that i get to test the pre beta also i wish that the following things are improved.
1. better firewall protection.
2. anti rootkit support.
3. support for windows 9.
4. can enable sound notification like virus detected scann finished virus definations updated update failed and lots others.
5. sound notifications should be even more loud.
6. after the full system scan is over( not for boot time scann) the user should get a list for all of the infected files and should be prompted for a action if there is no user interaction for more than 3 minuts the files should be repaired and if repaire fails removed.
7. when doing a full system scan there should be a slider in which the user must show the % of cpu being used for the scan.
8. for older slower cpu limited computers the user should be given a option in which they can tell quick heal to use only a % of cpu when the computer is non idel and when idel it should go to a 100% cpu use.

I am a quick heal costumer from last a year and very satisfied. I suggested a quick heal that when download virus definition manually there is a progress bar but not showing a how much data is left to download and how much time is left to download. quick heal update window should show a how much time as well as data is left to download. When downloading virus definition from website it should be compressed so that 2g net users can download virus definition easily.

I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 530 mobile (Since it is windows Mobile phone).
