Quick Heal Total Security receives ‘Top Product’ rating in AV TEST Institute results for Sep-Oct 2016

AV-TEST Product Review and Certification Report for Sep-Oct 2016 has recognized Quick Heal Total Security with an outstanding rating of 17.5/18 in its latest evaluation. View results.

Quick Heal Total Security scored a perfect rating of 6/6 for protection and usability, and a near perfect score of 5.5/6 for its performance. The AV TEST report highlights that Quick Heal Total Security demonstrated a 100% protection against 0-day malware attacks, inclusive of web and e-mail threats vis-à-vis an industry average of 98%. It achieved a 100% success rate in detection of malware when challenged by exposing it to several samples of widespread malware. It also demonstrated zero false warnings or blockage of legitimate software as malware. Owing to the accurate and high standards of security demonstrated by Quick Heal Total Security, it got the ‘Top Product’ title from AV TEST Institute.

Quick Heal Total Security was rated better than the competitors in protection against malware infections, performance in terms of influence of the product on the computer speed and impact on the usability of the computer. AV TEST Institute, an independent IT security and antivirus research organization had conducted this evaluation on 22 home user security products on three parameters i.e., ‘protection’, ‘performance’ and ‘usability’.
