You will soon receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. It will contain the Product Key of your upgraded product and the link to download the app.

That is how you upgrade your Quick Heal Mobile Security to the enhanced and improved version of Quick Heal Total Security for Android. Do remember to go through the terms and conditions to know more about the validity of your upgraded product. Stay safe!

In case you have trouble finding your Product Key, this is how you can retrieve it:

      – Tap the device Menu button.
      – Tap Help
      – Tap About
      – Tap Licensed to [Your Name]

  3. I have the quick heal mobile security in my android mobile. Yesterday I was told about the free upgrade to total security. I followed the steps and have received the new product key on my email add. I have uninstalled my quickheal app from phone. How do I get the new app on my phone ? It asks for payment when I try downloading it from playstore. I could download the app on my pc but that is of no use to my phone. Please guide. I have the new key with me but where do I enter that ?

      Hi Ashutosh,

      You need to download the new Total Security app via the link sent to you in the email where the Product Key was mentioned. If you go and download it via Google Play that Product Key will not be applicable there. Do follow the link in the email for download and let us know if this works or if you face further issues.

I wish to submit my humble advise that whatever the options are given under the Menu – Settings – Anti-Theft – Track & Control may please be made available either through email at the time of registration or in your site. When someone’s phone is lost how can he know the different options available to him to Track & control his lost/missing phone. Lastly all the options available to track & Control the lost/missing phone through SMSs sent by the back up Mob Nos. Pl Clarify.

    when we block any sms sender we receive a sms from the same but the software just do receive in another folder when we put and sender to whitelist there is no change in the mobile the nest time sender is still in the block list

  6. i upgraded to total security. i replaced the sim to find out some old no but the device is locked and when i entered the password which i registered in the phone it says password is wrong. then i visited the remote portal and reset the password and again tried to enter the password it did not accepted new password. my question is whether the device password and remote portal password are the same. how can i reset the password in the device. how can i uninstall the total security in order to reinstall the same when it is accepting no password at all.

    I had bought qh total security first time and paid more money than mobile security.now all mobile security user has got this facilities free of cost,then all previous paid total security user get nothing?even paid more money than mobile security

      As an existing customer of Quick Heal Total Security for Android, you are entitled to a free upgrade to the latest version. Not only that, your license will be extended by a year.     I’ve got the upgraded key and installed total security but when I try for licence activation it shows product activation failed.I also tried through SMS and got same result.No response from customer care.I think all my money and time are valueless.

    I was got an email from Quickheal, to upgrade free version, bt my product key is showing invalid, cant acess the link.
    And the version I already have, the spped up facility is not working. Please help…

    yesterday..first i updated the quick heal version and than i make my phone in flight mode and than suddenly gone locked and not receiving my password and phone locked. what to do .and i can not do anything in flight mode. please guide me.,9998282985.

      Hi Jingar,

      You will need your Quick Heal password to unlock your phone when this happens. Once you have unlocked it, you can disable this feature in the future if you so wish. We request that you contact our support center on 0-927-22-33-000 from an alternate number so that they can unlock your device. Since you are in flight mode, calls to and from your locked device will be disabled.

    I have received the mail to upgrade with product key, the mail suggests to uninstall earlier version, when I am trying to uninstall earlier version, it says unable to uninstall..

  14. 3 days earlier, I have uploaded the mobile security on my mobile Xtreme V30 which has now been unlocked and required password to unlock. I think I have forgotten it now. Please help me what I have to do in this regard?

      No, the same Product Key will not function with Quick Heal Total Security. You will need to purchase a license of that separately.
