I have renewed the license before 3 days of expiry date through local computer delear , whether the benefit of 2 months bonus will be available to me? This is because the next expiry date is shown exactly after 3 years i.e. 15th April, 2015 as my original license was to expire on 15th April,2012 and renewal was done for 3 years.
same case here…but in that case we have to pay for only 2 years i think for total security nearly INR.2700 as i had paid nearly so i don’t remember the perfect…and in these we don’t get extra 2months as you said but here we get extra 1 year and i save nearly 58% money….

Those who extend for one year will get a bonus of 2 months. What about those who hold a 3 year licence and extend i for 3 years? How many months’ extension wil they get? In such a case the bonus should be comparable.(PS: Your captcha should be reasonably simple. It should not be too tricky that it annoys, frustrates and demands re-submission)

I am given to understand that online renewal is costly than buying the product from the counter. I think it should be other way round to encourage online updates and also enhance convinience to the customers.

1. Should the Quick Heal Security product Company not indicate through their software, if their customer’s licence(12 month)is due to expire in a month’s time and its renewal prior to its expiry shall entitle him a bonus of 2 additional months.

Recently I found the upgrade tool in Quick Heal website which was around 300MB of file size. Here my doubt is whether the same updgrad tool will be downloaded automatically? Is it really means that I am downloading the 300MB sized file in my machine?

QH is the best antivirus in the whole world & protects my PC from all kinds of computer problems.
It’s comparetively batter.But after 3/4 months of installation it slows down a bit and can’t catch all the threats. Inspite of that it works really good.

I am a quick heal user for the last 5 years. Often it was a problem to me when a system gets virus or need to get formated,we could not able to remember the data of our Licence numbers and the product key numbers. If you provide fecility to get those details to any mobile number or mail id which will be registered at the time of installation of the quick heal that will be very useful to the claints.

I bought a THREE YEAR License of QH. This is the first time that QH has updated my software with a major upgrade without asking. This should happen more frequently. If you have a 2013 version, then ALL 2012 buyers should get upgraded automatically without asking or need to download. Also if I have a THREE YEAR licence, I should get upgraded for THREE YEARS similarly. THAT is customer satisfaction !!

QH is good antivirus and i am using it since last 10 years. Support is also fine. But same bonus of 2 months to persons buying 1 year pack and 3 years pack is not good. This should be propotionate-say 6 months to 3 years buyers.

Apologies for the miscommunication earlier. Unfortunately I was not aware and misinformed you about the same. A renewal pack can only be bought when you are renewing an existing Product Key. For a trial product, you will need to purchase the Product Key first. There is a difference in the prices for both. Hope that clarifies it for you.
