Customers of QH who buy your antivirus for their PCs, must be given the QH antivirus free i.e. complimentary on their one Android mobile phone.
This scheme will increase your sale and use.

I am a regular QuickHealer. This time, instead of buying three separate anti virus for me , wife, and daughter, we thought we’d save by buying a combo of three pack commonly. All went well till now. But now i find that my QH is not updating. the message is your qh antivirus is corrupt, contact service provider / vendor. the validity is upto Jun 2015. what do you suggest? should I go for a new one or can i do anything to last till validity?

      Hi Anitha,

Since this is a vulnerability from the server side, the service providers need to work towards removing this flaw. There is not much we can from the end of individual PC’s except to avoid usage of vulnerable programs or browsers.

As of now, Mozilla Firefox does not seem to be affected by this. You can always visit freakattack.com via your Firefox and then see whether the browser is vulnerable or not.

      Hi Sanjay,

You simply need to connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable. Then open the Quick Heal dashboard and scan the device from there. Since you are running a fairly new version of Windows Phone, this should not be an issue.

      Hi Narayansingh,

Since the FREAK attack is a security risk from the point of view of service providers, there is not much you can do from your PC to evade this risk. Visit freakattack.com and if you see a message saying that your browser is vulnerable, then use a different browser for some time.

Everything is fine, But, why don’t you make this Quick Heal total sequitur app to update automatically by giving both the options Wi Fi only / Mobile network and Wi Fi. If you provide, We don’t need to update quick heal every time manually.

      Hi Dileep,

The virus databases are updated automatically only. You do not need to manually update the database everyday. This service is applicable for desktop products as well as mobile products.

I am using quickheal internet security 16.00. one day suddenly a window named quickheal firewall security alert displays. It says it is my last chance to block svchost.exe which is demanding outbound connection. There are two options, one to aloow it and the other to delete it. I shut down my computer. And after that chrome and firefox browsers are not working. Please suggest what should I do.
